Legality

It is the customer’s responsibility to be in compliance with all Federal, State and Local laws regarding the purchase and ownership of all items from Kadrmas Kreations. Kadrmas Kreations follows all Federal, State and Local laws concerning the sale and transfer of all firearms, firearm components and ammunition, therefore we reserve the right to cancel any order that is in violation.

By ordering and accepting delivery of the products from Kadrmas Kreations, you the customer agrees to be bound by and accepts these terms and conditions.

Shipping and Delivery

At this time, Kadrmas Kreations only ships merchandise to locations within the United States, excluding D.C., CA, CO, CT, HI, IL, MA, MD, NJ, and NY. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

International

No international shipping.

Sales Tax

South Dakota residents’ orders will be taxed at 4.5%. Residents of states other than South Dakota take full responsibility for any possible sales or use taxes incurred.

Return Policy

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. All return goods will be subject to a 35% restocking fee and return shipping is not refundable.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders cancelled within 48 hours of purchase may be eligible for a full refund with authorization from Kadrmas Kreations. If the order shipped the customer is liable for any and all shipping cost that has incurred. Custom and/or rushed orders are nonrefundable. Orders cancelled after 48 hours will be charged a cancellation fee of 40% of the purchase price.
